Producer Assist is here to help those video producers, editors, and in-house production facilities which cannot afford to keep dedicated technical staff on-hand. Producer Assist can bring your high-performance real-time Canopus, DPS, Matrox, and Pinnacle Systems-based NLE back on line. Our technical service professionals delivers years of expertise and know-how directly to your facility when you need it most.

Rates and Services

All service calls have a one hour minimum. Additional time is billed in fifteen-minute increments thereafter. No charge for first consultation by phone or email. Regular service hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday. On site service available in the San Francisco Bay Area only. Onsite Service $65.oo per hour RUSH Service ( Onsite Service within 24 hours ) $85.oo per hour RUSH service subject to availability

BEFORE YOU CALL OR EMAIL  Tell us what make and model NLE you are working with.  Try to recreate the problem, noting any error messages. If you receive an error message, write it down in its entirety (cut and paste if possible).  Write down the steps you performed leading up to the error or problem.  Contextualize the error or problem.
